Check off your packing list or print it for your trip.
A general starting point — adjust it to your own trip.
This list is a reminder to help you avoid forgetting things — it is not travel advice. Passport validity, visas, and what you may bring into a country vary by destination and airline — always check official sources.
Use Add and Hide to shape each list around your own trip.

Your ticks, the template you chose, hidden items and items you added are saved in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to a server. They are stored under a key separate from the Japanese version, so the two lists never mix. On a shared computer, press "Reset this template" when you are done.
Passport validity requirements, visa and ESTA needs, rules on carrying medication, and airline carry-on limits differ by destination and airline. This tool does not state any of them. For the current, correct rules, check the embassy, the airline and the customs authority of the country you are visiting.
Yes. Checks are stored separately for each template (International trip, Beach & pool, Camping, Family with kids, Visiting Japan). Tick items on one template, switch to another, and come back — your checks are still there. Hidden items and items you added are saved the same way. Everything stays in your browser (localStorage) and is never uploaded.
It collects practical things travellers to Japan often forget: a Type A power adapter (Japan is 100V), cash in yen for cash-only shops and temples, an IC transit card, comfortable walking shoes, a small hand towel (many restrooms have no paper towels), and a foldable trash bag (public bins are scarce). It is a packing reminder only — it does not cover visas, passport validity, or what you may bring into the country. Check official sources for those.
Yes. Use the box under each list to add anything you need. To drop an item you are not taking, press "Hide" — you can bring hidden items back any time with "restore". Items you added yourself can be deleted with the × button.
Press "Print the A4 checklist". You can choose whether to carry your ticks across to the printout or print blank boxes to tick by hand. In the print dialog set paper to A4 and margins to minimum; choose "Save as PDF" if you do not have a printer.
